I never received my state tax check

I never received my state tax return check. They held it to take child support out and they reviewed their child support out of it and I never received the difference back.

TurboTax gets no information from the state after you file your tax return. If the state seized your refund for delinquent child support you owe, that is a matter between you and the state.
