I never received my income tax and it said accepted and being processed why is that?

Once your return has been accepted, TurboTax does not get any more information regarding the processing of your return and refund.  Only the IRS (& state if any) can tell you when your refund will be issued.  You can keep checking the IRS website, Where’s my Refund.  The website updates once a day.

If you have a State refund, you can check your States website for refund information.
