I need to re-do my 1092-A form and mail it the irs, how can I fill one out and print it without doing an amendment? Thanks

There is no such IRS Form 1092-A.  Did you mean Form 1095-A?

Did you receive a 12C Letter from the IRS concerning the Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit?
