When you amend your return using TT, the amended return becomes the current file. If you saved your pre-amended return before you started amending, you have that as well. If you didn't, well, ...that's not your question.
So in your amended return you can either print (to pdf) the specific form or the complete return (and you should have this for your records stored somewhere.) Form 8965 is the healthcoverage exemption form, and if you used the interview process to complete your taxes, you may not have seen it directly, especially if you file online.
If you are in turbotax using the desktop version, you can also see form 8965 using the forms view...click on the forms icon in the upper right or use the menu to switch to forms view and then find or open form 8965. This view allows you to review entries on the form itself, understanding the output to the IRS from what you've input, and perhaps identify a problem if there is one. This also provides the form if you need it for some other purpose.
Of course, if you have the form open, you can also go directly to the print dialogue and make a pdf copy and print it or save it.
