You would have to obtain those desktop programs which would be difficult to do and might not even work on modern computers.

@miss E 419 No, you cannot use TurboTax for those past years.   TurboTax software is not available for any of those years, nor would it be supported even if you could find it on eBay, etc.   It is years too late to receive refunds for any of those tax years.  Any refunds have been forfeited long ago.   If you owe tax due, there is no limit to how long you owe it----the IRS will want to be paid with late penalties and interest, so if you owe you should seek local paid tax help.  A paid tax pro may be able to help negotiate the amount owed to the IRS.

 

And...do you even have your W-2's and/or 1099's for those years?    If you have been receiving taxable income and have not filed your returns, you should get caught up.   Do you realize that someday your Social Security benefits may be at stake if you have neglected to file your tax returns?
