I need to amend 2019 return. I have the 2019 software but it did not allow me to use it for amended return purpose

Start the 2019 TurboTax program. Continue the 2019 tax return.

Click on Federal Taxes.

Click on Other Tax Situations.

Scroll down to Other Tax Forms.

On Amend a return, click on the Start Button
