You can add a W-2 here:

Click on Federal Taxes, Wages & Income, Job (W-2), Add/Edit
On the next page select Add a W-2
Choose your name
Then, fill out the information from the W-2

Or did you already efile your return and have now received another W-2? If so, has your efiled return been accepted?
