TT doesn't have them.  you file them with your employer so that the proper withholding can be done.  contact your emloyer

You mean your W2s?  Either way for both W2 & W4 you need to ask your employer for a copy.  Turbo Tax doesn't have them. Only the info you entered into your tax return from them.

The W4 is the form you fill out and give to your employer to tell him how much taxes to withhold from your checks.  Here is a blank 2020 W4
