My boyfriend received a 2nd W2 from his work because they forgot something on the first one, but it does not say corrected w2. I put in the information and now it seems as if they are going to take his ENTIRE federal return away on top of charging him...what's the deal? I am just very confused as to why his whole return is getting reversed.

I don't know WHAT I did wrong to amend my 2018 return and I cant find anyway to get someone to help me...ive been talking to a customer service person, but then they transferred me and I guess if your not self employed you get hung up on. PLEASE help me turbotax. Because I am about ready to print my past taxes and take it to a real cpas office, once I do, I will not bother to file on turbo tax again. I need a professional to help me.

1. Sign in to TurboTax Online if you're not already signed in.
2. Select Search in the upper-right corner and then Contact us.
3. Enter your question, select Let's talk.
4. Select Get the number then follow the instructions to call us
   • Free Edition (without PLUS): When you select Talk to a specialist, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.
