I need a copy of the filed 4868 form. How do I get that?

My tax  extension was filed, I can't get get in touch with them and i need a copy.

There's not much to Form 4868 except when you filed it and how much you paid with the filing.   You should have received an e-file acknowledgment just like when you file an actual return.   The information about the Form 4868 filing can be found in your IRS Online Account in the Account Transcript document.

If you mean you're trying to get the partially prepared return that you relied upon when filing Form 4868, you need to recover your account and you should be able to resume rather than start over from scratch.   Make sure it was TurboTax and not another company you used, since obviously that's where the file would be!
