TurboTax does not have copies of the W-2's, but it prepares a
"Form W-2: Wage & Tax Statement" worksheet for each one that is
entered.
See if you are able to do this:
- Log
in and go to the 2016 Tax Timeline.
- Scroll
to "Some things
you can do."
- Look
for a link "Download
all forms and worksheets." Look through the
worksheets. Does that larger PDF have the " Form
W-2: Wage and Tax Statement" worksheets? If it doesn't,
report back. Support might furnish you the desktop software
in order to print.
- There
may also be a worksheet called "Forms W-2 & W-2G Summary"
that might be helpful, assuming you correctly distinguished which income
was for Taxpayer and which income was for Spouse.
Or you can ask your employers for copies of the actual W-2's.
Another possibility to get the info:
You can download a free "Wage and Income Transcript"
from the IRS website at:
http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript
This type of transcript shows data from information returns the IRS receives
such as Forms W-2, 1099, 1098 and Form 5498, IRA Contribution Information.
For a fee of $37 you can get a copy of a W-2 from the Soc. Sec. Administration.
For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return to include copies of
W-2's from the IRS, but that takes several weeks.
