I moved Edward Jones assets to new financial co. (LPL) cannot access record. where do I get the info from?

did not get 1099-R from Edward Jones, but it appears it was downloaded to you on 2/7/2023. is that correct?

TurboTax does not have access to any taxpayer tax forms, W-2 or Form 1099's.

If there was a 1099-R that was downloaded, it would appear in your tax return.

If you have login access to Edward Jones and/or LPL, you can use that login to find information.
If you do not have login access, I suggest you contact the broker and have them provide it for you.
You will probably need access to both to confirm if there were any transactions in either location.
LPL may be missing Basis and date acquired from securities that were transferred.
If you contact Edward Jones, you may want to get a transcript of the account that was moved over.
