I mailed out my takes 6 months ago. Irs said to resend them or to resubmitt them again . Can I resubmit with tax turbo since my AGI is now available for 2022?

Sorry no.  You have to print and mail prior year returns.  You can not efile 2023 or prior using Turbo Tax.

AGI does not matter when you file by mail.   You only need AGI in order to e-file.  A 2023 tax return cannot be e-filed.   Print, sign and date it in ink, and mail it in.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
