I mailed my taxes in 3 months ago and I still have not received anything. The IRS tool/app says information does not match. USPS says it delivered Feb 23rd

The IRS is woefully underfunded and understaffed so paper returns are taking 6 months or much much longer to process and until your envelope is opened and the return is entered into the system the IRS tool WMR? will not show anything ... check that once a week until you see the return is in processing.  And sadly there is nothing you can do to speed up the process ... at least you were smart enough to put tracking on the return so you know it at least made it into their mail room.
