I’m waiting one year my federal taxes from 2023 year. I will consult a lawyer and sue you if I don't get my money

I've been waiting for a year for my fees to be refunded but they still haven't. This is frivolous and I want my money.

Your income tax refund does not come from TurboTax.   It comes from the IRS or your state.   First check your account----what does it say for your 2023 return?   Does it say the return was accepted?   Or does it say something else---like "rejected," "printed<" or "ready to mail?"

If it does not say Accepted, then it was not e-filed successfully and the IRS did not get it.   If that is what happened, you will have to file it by mail now.  E-filing is closed for 2023 returns.

Or...if it was accepted, what does it say on the IRS refund site?

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

To track your state refund:

Did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund?  If so, the problem could be with the third party bank that handles refund processing.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com
