I'm trying to amend the 2015 return but only get taken to a download link for Windows. None of our computers run windows so we are unable to use this.

You will have to contact TurboTax support so they can push a 2015 Mac installation file to your download account so you can amend the tax return.  As stated in the TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2693844

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. 

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.
