I'm trying to access a tax return from a prior-year. How do I do that? The chatbot says to visit my "tax home". All I can see is articles and options to file this year's.

The Tax Home is on the left sidebar toward the top of the page.

Yes, provided you used TurboTax last year

• You will have to use your original ID and Password.
• Login to TurboTax
• Select Pick up where I left off, or Review Edit

Sign in to TurboTax. 

1. On the Tax Home screen,
2. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents
3. Choose the year you want 
4. Select the year you want,
5. Click on Download/print return (PDF).
   • If the year you're looking for isn't there, it might be in a different account.
   • Go here to find all of your accounts. 
   • One of them should have the return you're looking for.

I needed to progress further in answering questions and select a tax package for this year before it showed up. Thank you for your help!
