I’m making an amendment to my 2021 taxes. On turbo tax, do I have to re enter ALL my info, w-2’s, work, home?

I don’t recall entering all this info. I started an amendment for the year I already filed and it would adjust as I enter my new info

No, you just add information that wasn't on the original return, or make changes to information that was on the original return. When you start the amendment, the return should be stated exactly the way it was when you filed it. So, you only add or change things, not enter in anything that was there originally.
