I'm logged into my turbo trax account, there is no left hand menu. What am I missing?

What are you trying to do in your online account?

Whether or not there is a full left-column menu with all the tabs depends on whether or not you have started a 2024 online return in that account or not.

If you previously started (or filed) a 2024 online return, and now when you log in, if there's not a full left-column menu, then you are likely in the wrong account.  We can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.

OR, if you have not yet started a 2024 online return, you have to start one (you aren't required to actually prepare it.)   So you have to proceed answering a few questions for about 10 or so screens.  Once you go far enough, the left-column menu appears.  So keep watching the left column as you continue until you see the additional tabs.

ADDENDUM:

Since we know nothing about your situation and what you are wanting to do,  in additional to the info I left above, here's another possible scenario.   If you have used that account to finish preparing an online return, then when you log in, you may arrive at the Tax Home page.  If TurboTax thinks you were finished, your return interview will be closed, and there will not be a full left-column menu with all the tabs.   If that's your case, then to get back to the return interview, at the Tax Home look for a link "Add a State."   That doesn't really add one, but will reopen the interview and provide a full left-column menu.

NOTE:  If you have already filed your return, do not make any changes in it when you open the return interview back up.   If you ever need to amend the return, it must start off exactly as it was when originally filed.
