I'm getting an error when I try to print last year's tax paperwork

What is the exact error message?   Do you have Adobe Acrobat installed?

When I ask to see my last year's 2019 taxes it isn't giving them back to me to reprint off for personal copies

If the 2019 tax return was completed using the online editions, did you use this procedure to down load the PDF of the tax return and then open the PDF with Adobe Reader? -

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
