What is your question?  If you are trying to start another return for someone other than you, you need to create a new account (userid & password).  If you use your account to file someone else's return, that return will overwrite yours.  You would need to sign out of your account, to create a new account.

If you are using the CD/download to start a new return for someone else then when it asks if you want to transfer a return from a previous tax year say that you want to start a return without transferring a return.  Then begin the return by going to Personal Info and entering the information for the person for whom you are preparing a return.   

Edit----Oh and of course do not be so literal minded when it asks for "your" name, etc.   The software does not know who is sitting at the keyboard.   Answer the questions as if you are the person who the return is for.   We have seen some users get hung up on that issue.
