I’m being over charged

Hi so on turbo tax I’m being changed $107 for doing my tax which is already insane but it’s fine. I go to check how much of my fees have been taken out I see I’m being over changed by over $110 so I would like that refunded. I usually never pay for turbo but paying over $200 is just ridiculous.

TurboTax is aware of this issue and is working to provide a solution for all impacted customers. 

No action is required on your part and TurboTax is working quickly to get you reimbursed. You should be getting an email shortly letting you know when to expect the rest of your return.

I completed the tax return, declined the additional services, confirmed $39 filing fee and then provided payment and received confirmation that I was charge $119.  This seems to be fraudulent!!  Customer service called me and could NOT help.  Poor old guy didn't even call me back after being disconnected.  He was not able to do anything so why is he working customer service?  The order confirmation is [PII removed] for reference.  I want to be REFUNDED the overpayment to TURBOTAX of $80.
