I'm am needing the refund anticipation loan which I am eligible but credit karma is saying they can't open an account for me at this time....why is that?

I am having the same issue. I have tried everything they said to do and still unable to open account. I called customer support and they said they dont know why this happens but it just does sometimes and there is nothing they can do about it.  I told them that is an unacceptable answer and requested to speak with someone higher up. she said she was the manager and there was nobody above her and for me to have a good day and hung up on me. I contacted Turbo Tax and told them the situation and they said they was unable to help that the problem was with Credit Karma. So because of Credit Karma and their shotty business ethics I have decided to file my taxes another way other than thru Turbo Tax. I mean they are contracted together in this there should be something they can do to help fix the issue.
