In order to do that, you cannot have the TT fees deducted from it. Rather, you musty pay them upfront before filing.

If you want a paper check refund, then make that selection in the "Review and File" section of TurboTax. If you have already filed and selected "Direct Deposit", you cannot change that option to paper check.

@SweetieJean states above, you cannot get a paper check (or direct deposit) if you pay TurboTax fees with your refund.
