I keep getting the rejection REJ002

I keep getting this REJ002 rejection code and I don’t know why I keep getting it I see nothing wrong with any of my information..?

I keep getting the rejection REJ002

I keep getting the same rejection message but there is no explanation on how to fix it when I log in to turbotax. @intuit. what is the solution?

I have seen this article. When I open Turbotax, it only says there is a rejection due to internal error but there are no instructions on how to correct this so it can be submitted.
