I just submitted my tax information. Will it be possible to submit a tax refund advance now and receive the funds?

What year did you "submit"?  It is too early to file a return for 2024.  Efiling won't open until January.  The Advance usually starts in January and just when you are ready to file. And only if they offered it to you. You can't self select it. Then you don't get it until AFTER your efile is Accepted by the IRS which is usually late January.

Footnote says…..Funding occurs after IRS acceptance. IRS accepts returns starting late-Jan.

Not sure what you mean by "submitted" your information.   It is impossible to e-file at this time.  E-filing is permanently closed for past year returns, and has not even begun for 2024 returns.    No one will be able to e-file a 2024 return until sometime in January of 2025.   As for the advance loans, those loans are not issued to anyone until their tax returns are accepted by the IRS.  The IRS will not begin to accept 2024 returns until late January.

If you think you filed your return--you did not file it.    Wait until you have all of your W-2's, 1099's, etc. and prepare a correct and complete return that you can e-file in January or February, or later.
