I just printed the documents after finishing and I have a few questions regarding the 8 pages that were printed

the first 4 pages are 2017 form 1040-ES payment vouchers 1 through 4 with a $288 payment on each and the fifth page is 2016 1040-V payment voucher for $1150. I'm confused on what needs to be paid

The Form 1040-V needs to be paid.

The Forms 1040-ES are for your use, but only if you feel that you need to make estimated tax payments for next year's taxes.
