I filed my taxes right away, and ended up getting and email for an additional form from one of my student loans. I thought I had everything, but I got an email today saying additional forms were available. Since the IRS is not accepting them until the 28th can I add the form?

No, you can not add the form to your original tax return once it has been filed AND accepted by the IRS. If it gets rejected, just log back in to add the form and make any other necessary corrections.
Please read the TurboTax FAQ below to see if you may need to amend your return (that will not be available until late January/early February): https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3318732
