Please read the Following TurboTax Faq below to start an amend

When you're done amending, TurboTax will provide instructions to print and mail your amended return (Form 1040X). This is because the amended return cannot be e-filed.
You'll have to finish the 'amend interview' and print the forms after everything is completed.
