I haven't signed and files yet, and we decided to do our taxes with an actual person. Can I still so it. Because I tried to clear and start over and it says I cant.

If you registered or paid you cannot clear and start over. Since you haven't filed your return you can just stop and go where you want to, to have your taxes done. TurboTax will purge any accounts that a return was not filed or not paid for.
