I haven’t received the TurboTax card in the mail the IRS says that it was direct deposited into my bank account February 22. Why haven’t I received it as yet.

I ordered my refund to be placed on a turbo tax card the IRS says it was deposited on February 22 ,2018

I haven’t received the TurboTax card in the mail the IRS says that it was direct deposited into my bank account February 22. Why haven’t I received it as yet.

Normally, it should only take 5-10 business days for you to receive your card. Please contact GreenDot Customer Service at (888) 285-4169 toll-free. You would want to verify a card was sent and also verify the mailing address on your return.

Normally, it should only take 5-10 business days for you to receive your card. Please contact GreenDot Customer Service at (888) 285-4169 toll-free. You would want to verify a card was sent and also verify the mailing address on your return.
