The IRS has not given TurboTax any official guidance as to when stimulus payments for every taxpayer will be released. As long as you provided your direct deposit information/card information or mailing address information, you will receive the stimulus when it is released to you (as long as you otherwise qualify for it).
The IRS rolled out the "Get My Payment" tool here. According to IRS.gov, you can use the "Get My Payment" application to:
According to the IRS FAQs:
Get My Payment will display one of the following payment statuses:
1. Payment Status (one of two statuses) –
2. Need More Information – You are eligible for a payment, but we do not have your direct deposit information. You will be given the opportunity to provide your bank information once you have properly verified your identity. Direct Deposit is the fastest way to get your EIP.
3. Payment Status Not Available – We cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time. For example, you didn’t file either a 2018 or 2019 tax return, or you recently filed and the return has not been fully processed.
If a payment date is not provided, updates to your payment status are made no more than once per day.
it always say not enough info,we're working on this or you are not eligible...i am eligible
It depends upon which stimulus payment you are referring to.
Please refer to the link below for more information for the third stimulus payment.
If you did not receive the first or second stimulus payments but were eligible, you will need to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit when preparing your 2020 income tax return. This credit is calculated based upon your input in the program.
The amount of the Rebate Recovery Credit is based upon your actual 2020 income tax return you file. Therefore, if you meet the criteria for the credit, you will receive it when you prepare your 2020 income tax return. The credit is intended to give those who should have received a stimulus payment but never did a tax credit on their tax returns. Any excess credit is then refunded to you if there is an overpayment on your tax return.
In the Federal review section of the program, when prompted to enter the amount of your stimulus payments, be sure to enter zero for both payment amounts to ensure this credit is calculated on your return.
Please see the attached link for more information on who can claim the credit.

One day it said it was being processed .now its says it hasn't been processed...I don't understand why I haven't gotten mine yet when everyone I know has gotten theirs
When the IRS said it was processed, they should have given a date and an account or said mailed. If the payment was rejected by the bank, then it has to be processed again.
