I haven’t received my federal refund.Turbotax says it was processed.IRS says it was sent to my bank on 4-13-22.Bank says they investigated and have no record of it. Wtf!!

TurboTax never knows if your return has been processed or your refund has been issued.   After you file and the return is accepted, TurboTax gets no information whatsoever.

 

If the IRS says your refund was issued then check with the bank you chose for direct deposit.   If you used refund processing to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund check with the third party bank that handles refund processing:

 

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

Did you choose to have TT fees deducted from your Federal refund?  (Remember that if you did that, you also agreed to an extra refund processing fee of $39.99 or $44.99 in CA)
