I haven't received a prepaid card. I contacted Green Dot and my refund has been deposited into their bank so when will I have access to my money?

I haven't gotten my card and the phone number is automated admin order to set up account for turbotax card you have to put the card number in

Please click the link below for assistance with your TurboTax Visa Debit Card. When you call the phone number, don't choose option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options.

Not helping.  I've been calling for 6 days. It says my card was returned.  But my money is on it.  I cant get a live person, in order to request a new card
