I have yet to receive my income tax card. When I call the support number to receive a new card, they ask for the card number THAT I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE. what can i do?

I no longer have access to my previous TurboTax card. I do not know the numbers to it anymore for its been over three years since I've used it. What should I do? How can I give them a card number if I have yet to even receive it?
