I have to Force Quit (Mac) when I try to print State of Ohio Return

Hi, I'm not sure what the issue as why I can not print any Forms or Return. As I see one of these is at fault:

(1) TT Deluxe, updated @ 2.3.2022

(2) My latest MacO/S Monterey Version 12.2 

(3) Brother Laser Printer HL-5470, which will print everything else.

I have filed, and accepted, 2021 Federal Electronically and was able to print a copy before I flied.

However, I want to file the State via paper, and that is when the Print function would not work.  

Everything, the Print sequence, works okay until I hit the key for "print". Then, I get the Apple/Mac spinning ball; the only way I can get it to stop, is to Force Quit.

I can not even print one schedule from the Forms menu.

I am using the CD version of TT for a Mac.  I like to have the disc.   

In all the years I have used TT, this is the first time this has happened to me.

With the telephone help of tax expert, Kashawna, we solved my problem.  First, there is no additional TT charge, other than the twenty bucks to file electronically the State return (that could be presented better to us). We did find that AFTER I paid and filed electronically the State of Ohio return, I COULD print the return.  But, for some reason, until I paid, I could not print, getting the spinning beachball.  However, even after I paid, I go the beachball, but only a few seconds.  

This may be something to do with my OS and stuff I don't know about, i.e. cache and cookies. 

Anyway, I want to share I have solved my issues, and give a big Shout-Out to Kashawna and the whole TT gang of Helpers.
