I have tax due for 2018. I sent in a request for installment payments when e-filing my federal taxes but haven't received a reply and it is 4/12/19. What now?

It can take weeks to hear back from the IRS regarding applications for installment agreement.  I suggest you pay - either by check or by going to https://www.irs.gov/payments at least the amount of the payment you requested, and as much of your tax liability as possible.  Continue to make monthly payments while waiting to hear from the IRS.
