I have received my state return but only some of my federal, when I checked the status of my return it says that it is still pending, I did qualify for eic, is that going to be deposited later?

If your return still shows ''pending'', it has not been fully processed yet.  The IRS will contact you if they need any information or send you a notice if they adjust your return for any reason.  You can either wait or contact them directly to find out the status.
