What "district" tax are you referring to? Do you mean District of Columbia? Or something else? We cannot see any of your information.
If you mean a DC state return:
Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.

Correction I have not received my DC tax they said it is not showing and I filed in February 2025 with turbo tax
@r-teresa123 Better check again and see if your state return was e-filed successfully. Maybe it was rejected and you did not notice. If it was not filed, or if it was rejected, you can still file it. Check your emails from February to see what the emails say.
When you e-file your return you will get two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say your return has been transmitted; the second one will tell you the IRS has accepted or rejected your federal e-file. If you filed a state return, there will be a third email (usually a day or two later) that tells you if the state e-file was accepted or rejected.
