If you efiled, double-check with this tool to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted:
https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

Does that show it was accepted, rejected, or no result found?

Also check by logging back into your Online TurboTax account.   At the Tax Home what is shown for "return status"--accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?

If those methods showed the return was accepted (or if you mailed the return), what do you see at the IRS website below for the status of your Federal refund?
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

If your return was accepted, then you have to use that IRS tool exactly right.
NOTE: When using that tool, use only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund. The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 20a.

If that IRS tool shows that the refund has been sent, but you never received it, report back for more info.

If the IRS tool says it is "still being processed",  we can tell you how to speak to a live agent at the IRS to see if they can tell you anything about the delay.  And if necessary, how to ask the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service for assistance.

You have 5 one-sentence posts within minutes.   Be aware that this is not a chatroom, so there is not a realtime discussion.   It works like a community bulletin board.   Someone will respond to a comment if they think they can contribute to the conversation, but there is no guarantee when.  It "might" be in a few minutes, a few hours, or even a day or two, depending on if/when someone sees it and can contribute.

I assume you mean at the IRS, and I'll tell you how to reach a live IRS agent below.  If your efiled return was accepted, then your return is in the hands of the IRS, and TurboTax Support will not know what all the IRS is doing with your return.   Many people this year have had problems with the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool.  That tool is quirky and problematic  It can have a lot of delays in providing info, or for many  it will say "no information found", etc.  This can occur when the return moves through different stages of processing or has been pulled for further investigation, or is simply not functioning correctly.   Of course, you also need to be sure your return was accepted and that you are correctly entering your information.   This is actually a thread from 2019, so some info in the steps above no longer applies.   For a 2020 return, the Federal refund amount is on your Form 1040, Line 35a.

You can also try phoning the IRS refund hotline.  I've seen it work for some users when the WMR tool didn't.  800-829-1954

If it has been 21 days since your efiled return was accepted, here's how you can speak to a live agent at the IRS for more information:

IRS:  800-829-1040 (7AM-7 PM local time) Monday-Friday

When calling the IRS do not choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.

  • First choose your language.  Then listen to each menu before making the selection.
  • Then press 2 for "personal income tax".
  • Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
  • Then press 3 "for all other questions."
  • Then press 2 "for all other questions."
  • It may then ask for your SSN, but do not enter it.  Just wait.    If it asks for SSN a second time, still do not enter it.
  • Then it will get "tired", and you'll get another menu.  Choose 2 for "personal".
  • Then in the next menu choose 4 for "all other inquiries", and it should transfer you to an agent but expect a long wait.
  • I usually use a speakerphone so I can work on something else while waiting.
