I have not received my state tax return and can not bring it up on the IRS "Track My Refund" tool. Who can I get ahold of to get this straightened out??

You would check your state government's refund lookup service for the latest on your state refund status, not the IRS tool. The IRS tool will only track federal refund. Choose your state below and it will provide you instructions on how to check the status on your state's website. Once your return has been successfully filed using TurboTax, the state handles processing of that return and your refund.
