I have IRS advocate, who is assisting in my receiving my refund. IRS applied my refund to a past debt, which I should Not owe. Need statement from Turbo. Could I receive?

...statement needs to be clear that I can have my refund directly deposited, into my bank account. Then, I pay Turbo, myself, since I owe Turbo for tax preparation.

Turbotax can do nothing. you have to resolve the issue with IRS. until it is the IRS won't release the refund.

No statement can force the IRS to make a direct deposit into your a/c. if that's what you specified that's likely will happen once the matter is cleared up.

if your refund is not received timely you agreed to let Turbotax take your fees from an alternative source.   this is a public forum so we really don't know who you are. you need to contact Turbotax.

The IRS advocate said that because I agreed to allow you to take the funds, from my return, that I will need your permission to receive the funds directly from the IRS, instead of the funds going to you, then, the funds coming to me.
