I have filed my 2017 taxes and received a return. I need to amend the return to take advantage of the electric vehicle credit. However, turbo tax says I have not filed.

I filed online with Turbo Tax.  How can I get Turbo Tax to help with an amended return

You can use our Account Recovery link to locate your correct account. It sounds like you may not be in the correct one. Once in your account follow the instructions below to Amend. 

WAIT until you receive your refund and then Amend.
