I have audit defense and filed joint return. why is my spouse not on it?

I go to the TaxAudit.com site and it says individual.

If you filed a joint return, your spouse is automatically included in any audit defense claim. The IRS audits returns, not individuals on a joint return. 

The IRS (and Tax Audit.com) just track and file joint returns using the first name listed on that return.
