I have an HSA through my parent, I am an independent adult, do I need to report any distributions on my taxes?

I have a credit card with my name on it that I use to pay for medical expenses in my name. I have no other access to the HSA account and my parent is the owner of the account.

Since your parent is the owner of the account, they would report any distributions from the account on their tax return.  They will receive a Form 1099-SA showing the total distributions for the year.
