I have already filed taxes, and state is pending. Do I need to make any adjustments now that Georgia lawmakers have announced new tax relief policies?

(Specifically, there has been a $1,000 dollar increase to the child tax credit.)

The Georgia Assembly has only proposed increases to the child tax credit. Nothing has passed the legislature nor signed into law by Governor Kemp.
