I have already filed my 2016 tax return, and also have received a refund. This past week I received a 1099-MISC in the mail. Do I need to file amended return?

Yes, you should amend to report the 1099 and include the income on your return. To do so, follow the instructions below. You'll need to click "2016" and then select that you used online software to file (or as applicable). https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288565
