I have a notice of computation form from EDD, where do i put that information in
I was placed on disability from 5/9/2016 until 6/2/16, do I need to claim that on my taxes

I have a notice of computation form from EDD, where do i put that information in
California short term disability payments are not taxable unless they are a substitute for unemployment compensation. In other words, if you were on unemployment, then went on disability. You would receive a 1099-G if these payments were taxable.
