I had problems hitting transmit.

I filed 3 days ago now and neither my state or federal has been even revieved. I had problems when I was hitting the transmit my return button - at first it wouldn't do anything and then it took a really long time to load. I've noticed on all my family members accounts (3 other people) on the line that says recieved by IRS or recieved by state, they all have a date/time and they're all within 5 mins of turbotax receiving it, even if accepted by IRS or accepted by State says pending wheras mine says pending there. I also keep getting notifications from the turbotax app saying I only have one more step to do before my taxes are filed. Could the app have glitches or something? There's been no movement going on 4 days now.

It could be a couple of things. You could potentially have multiple Turbo Tax accounts. This happens often and is a common reason for receiving those types of reminder emails after you have already filed. Additionally, some returns stay in a pending status longer than others if it requires extra review. The following resource provides more insight - why is my return still pending? Lastly, you may confirm your e-file status by using this tool in your web browser (not the app).

Okay so basically you're saying that turbo tax has not sent it to IRS or state yet because you guys are doing an extra review on it ? I usually file through HRBlock, this is the first time using turbotax and I did realize after the fact that I have a PIN on the last 5 years tax returns could that be the problem and why it's taking so long for yall to review it?

It appears from your screenshot that both tax returns are pending. We won't be able to tell you why they are still pending in this forum. Continue to monitor your e-file status. If it's been accepted, you can begin to track your refund if due one, at the IRS Where's My Refund? site.

Okay but I called the IRS and they have no record of me even submitting it. They said to reach out to yall. I'm just confused on why we're now going on 4 days and for the past 12 years it's always been accepted within a few hours at most. If it stays in pending, after how many days of it being pending should I be concerned? Why does everyone else i knows return have a date and time next to IRS RECIEVED DATE within 5 minutes after turbo tax recieved it, while it says pending next to accepted date & time? What's yall process once you recieve the completed docs. Does turbo tax review them and then send to the IRS? because from the article the first turbo tax pro cited, it says that turbo tax reviews them before sending to IRS. can you confirm if that's true or not?

No, Turbo Tax does not review your return unless you have chosen that particular service to have an expert review it.  In this forum, we don't have that ability. We can only provide general information. If you wish you can speak to customer support, as they have more tools and can see if a return was transmitted.
