I got accepted for my stimulus check by the irs through this account, but when I go to the irs website to track my payment, my social security number is unrecognized?

Since I was required to file taxes in 2018 or 2019 I used the non filers info which takes you to the freefile website, after I tried to submit my info which it said was already submitted it suggested I ‘check e-file status’ then I enter my SSN and it says there’s not been a return on that specific account with that specific SSN that I may have used that SSN through another account? I don’t understand exactly

If you did not have a filing requirement, the IRS indicates this you will not be able to track your payment.
